The Hunters knew I wanted to sell my home, so a year before I did they sent me a package with information about selling after age 55 which was my goal. They helped me with my garage sale setting up tables and furniture, things I couldnt do on my own. Helped find an exterior painter and cleaning crew. Even more helpful things were keeping me calm, guiding me thru the process, and took care of any issues or problems that arose. Having health issues I didnt know how I was going to buy my home in another county when I could not physically drive myself there. I hadnt even expressed that to them and they already offered to help find me a home in another county when they came to discuss listing my home! That spoke volumes to me and I found a wonderful home! We had a very unique situation with several children six and under, so the idea of vacating our house every time there was an opportunity to show the house was daunting. They touch based frequently with the buyers agent to ensure everything was on track and kept us apprised of the progress. They tirelessly worked on helping us find the ideal home for our family. Once we had an offer accepted, they were always present during inspections, and were in regular communication with the sellers agent on the status. About a month after we moved into our house, Craig stopped by with an avocado tree and a fig tree to plant in our backyard. Bought a Townhouse home in 2016 for approximately $600K in Burbank, CA.Exceptional is the word that comes to mind when I think of the time and effort Craig and Cam Hunter put into the purchase of my townhouse. My initial loan fell through at the last minute without warning, due to my lenders incompetence. After the one week extension we requested expired, I was ready to give up and expected my deposit was going to be lost. $18,000 is a lot of money; even more depressingit was a gift from my family. Then the Hunters stepped in They contacted several lenders in their network and found one willing to expedite the process. Not only did Craig and Cam save my deposit, escrow closed within three weeks. The result was more than I could have hoped for, but their approach to what had become a very messy situation was even more impressive.
