His knowledge of the industry allows him to get a good gauge on a property from the listing alone. He was able to identify red flags on some properties that could have cost us thousands in repairs if we had purchased the property. One word to describe Craig. AMAZING. Craig was awesome. I couldnt ask for anyone better Being my first time buying a house I didnt have a clue about how any of this works. So having someone like him was plus for me. He literally walk me through everyyything from looking at multiple properties to finding the right home for me To walking me through the inspections to keeping me encouraged when I was getting overwhelmed. He was more then a broker he was a friend. I would recommend him and this company to everyone As I write this review in my new house I just look around and say wow. We did it. Craig has been a great realtor to work with. He has helped us out in each step of selling our home and purchasing our new home. He is very responsive, knowledgeable, helpful in every respect. In short, my experience with Craig was excellent. I was certainly not the easiest client to deal with for a variety of reasons. Craig took everything in stride and did a fantastic job of managing everything. Got all the answers I asked for on each house and from other agents. Always kept me posted on things he thought I would like as they came up, he was able to get a feel for my wants/needs really quickly. Nothing but positive things to say.
