There are not enough great things to say about Craig Power at Power Realty Advisors. We hired him to help us through the process of selling our two-family in Plainville. From the very first discussion on how to approach listing the property to the last discussion on collecting our sales proceeds, Craig was responsive, knowledgeable, and patient in helping us understand the process. He is extremely detail oriented, which was shown by his videos and pictures of the house for the listing, and his communication skills are above and beyond. We held two open houses during one weekend, and he kept us informed throughout the day on everything including individual turnouts and possible interests. Once offers started coming in, we were pleasantly surprised to hear we had received several offers all above asking price. Craig was there to help us talk through all of the options and navigate through the negotiation process, which allowed us to pick the right buyer for our home. Power Realty Advisors is a white glove service with a deeply kind, honest, person-centered foundation.I worked with Craig for over a year (on and off because of COVID), and I changed my buying plan several times. I knew that I wanted to buy in the Boston area, but wasnt sure what type of housing would be the best fit (condo, townhome, single-family house), and in what neighborhood. Craig must have brought me out on 30+ showings during 2020-2021, and every time he met me with a smile and a remark of I cant believe I get to do this for a living!He is not only deeply honest, kind, and hardworking, but he will advocate for you as a buyer to get the best deal. I purchased a home that needed a fair amount of finishing work (more common than not in this market!), and I firmly believe other buyers agents would not have pushed the seller to give on the price after the inspection.
