Moving from state to state was not an easy decision or task, but she made sure to have everything for us laid out in a manner that worked with our schedule and needs for a home. Our process was quite a lengthy one, as we were not ready in the beginning, but the closer we got, the more and more encouragement and help we got from Amanda. We never felt pressured to buy, and she always made sure we were comfortable with the buying process; explaining and answering all of questions in a very timely manner. As a first time home buyer our first meeting with Amanda was great. Being out of towners (Hawaii), Amanda made us feel welcome and and relaxed. With her extensive knowledge of the area she noted all our needs and went searching right away. She scheduled appointments for open houses for us and we finally found a home that fit our needs. An offer was made and accepted by the seller and Amanda went full steam ahead to make sure we closed the deal swiftly which was a goal of hers and ours. I can't say enough good things about Kelsey. This purchase had a lot of nuances due to my previous house had an insurance claim still pending. It went all the way to the 11th hour. In the end, her guidance and suggestions were invaluable. She was always available to show us the houses, and we looked at quit a few. When we were looking for an agent, and she was recommended, we were told "she's a firecracker!" That says it all.

Rich and his team, Bri and Mariah are phenomenal. They are true experts in their field and were excellent to work with. Rich Wold is an amazing realtor to work with! My fianc and I had two homes to sell a new one to buy. Rich has been available to show us homes at a moments notice, and his extensive background knowledge has helped guide us to the perfect home that we love. Regarding selling our homes, his market expertise and research has resulted in an excellent pricing strategy. The first of our homes sold three days after listing (over asking price, with multiple offers) and the second home just went on market yesterday and today will see its third showing.
