Craig was AWESOME to work with. He always stays in touch via email , text or phone call. He keeps you abreast of everything that is happening. I had dealt with other realtors who have you sign a contract and you have to constantly chase after them to find out what's going on. With Craig it's not just about the commission. He's truly concerned about his clients and will work hard to make the best deal for them. He was with us every step of the way with the sale of our home. Craig became our realtor because he went out of his way to inquire about our home for his clients who were in search of a property. This extra effort stood out to us as the type of realtor we wanted to work for us. Someone who wouldn’t just wait for us to find a house to look at, someone who would look beyond the current listings, beyond a limited area, beyond a cookie cutter expectation of what we were looking for. He knew what we were looking for, but also knew that sometimes you find what you’re looking for in unexpected places. He made recommendations and reviewed (and RE-reviewed) listings. He was very patient with the dozens of houses we looked at and reassured us that he was with us throughout the process until we found a home. Craig was fantastic in getting my home sold. I am going through a very unpleasant divorce and a short sale was the only viable option other than a foreclosure. Craig took the lead in getting us assistance from a company specializing in short sales, got the property on the market as quickly as possible, and was able to keep the buyer committed to the property long after the deadline to seal the deal came and went. He was also very diplomatic in dealing with the issues that accompany a very bitter divorce. If I'm ever in a position to purchase a home in the future, Craig is my first choice!

Craig went above and beyond his expected duties to support us in our home search. We had a limited amount of time to find our new home. Not only was there a limited window to close on a sale, it all happened over the Christmas season. Craig made himself available to look at houses from Easton, to Bangor all the way to Jim Thorpe, where we finally decided to start our new phase in life. All the while, toting around two under two. Craig's knowledge, experience in architecture, patience and positive attitude help keep us all calm, collected and informed.
