Craig was referred to me by a good friend. Craig was awesome. After just a few showings, I felt very comfortable with Craig. He was very professional where he needed to be but easy going and down to earth when one on one with me. My purchase was not the smoothest because the sellers were very hard to deal with, so there were definitely times I felt overwhelmed and on the verge of breaking down. Craig was very supportive and not pushy whatsoever. He even suggested I consider pulling out of the sale when he could sense there were times I was unsure whether moving forward was the right decision. Even if it would mean losing his sale, he put my concerns and feelings first. I was able to build strong trust in Craig and I knew he had my best interest in mind. He warned me in the beginning of this whole process that it can be very draining emotionally and he was right. He was there with me every step of the way and empathized with me. Craig puts his clients as his top priority. He made himself available and made a relationship in which I felt that I could call him anytime of the day to ask him any and all questions. He was very knowledgeable and would seek the right answers through his network if he didn't know the answer. He had no problem showing me houses at late hours of the day to work around my busy work schedule. I also reached out to him with many different listings I was interested in and he would be able to line up viewings the same night which was really helpful in making this process that much easier.I felt like we built a friendship and he cared for the purchase as a friend, not as a realtor trying to make a sale. I could tell Craig was a good person and really wanted best for me not only by all of the major things listed above, but he went over and beyond a normal realtor with the little things. I had a difficult time with lenders and he recommended me to a good friend of his that is a loan agent and she got the job done smoothly at the best rate I could have gotten. After the final walk through, Craig offered to lend me his shampoo vacuum (which made the carpet look brand new!). He offered his network to me for good deals on painting, movers, and furniture retailers. To top it off, he continued to keep in contact after the sale was completed just to make sure everything was alright.Craig is an all-around great guy and I would recommend him to any close friends and family
