First time buying a home that I wanted to live in. Im private so I started looking on my own. I reached out to a few people about properties and Crissi was the only one who didnt want me to meet them for a consultation. Which I appreciated because I'm private and I really didnt wanna work with a realtor. Crissi contacted me via text asked me what I was looking for in a home and then sent me a list of homes to look at from home. Long story short Crissi is awesome and i just purchased my house that I absolutely love.

This was the first time I had to sell a house in my 73 years. The house was physically built by my father and mother and was the home I grew up in. It was an emotional experience!! My brother and I were helped very much by our realtor, Crissi Peters. We were also very lucky and grateful to have her services. The house was listed and was bought almost immediately by the first person that looked at it. We closed within two weeks and the title company was helpful and friendly as well. If I ever need to sell or buy another house I will definitely contact Crissi for her services and would recommend her to my relatives and friends.

Crissi is, without question, the best real estate agent I have ever met. She does her homework and knows what she's talking about. We listed with Crissi just before Thanksgiving and anticipated moving after the first of the year however, after only one week on the market we had an offer! Thanks to Crissi's efficient handling of the sale, I was in my new home and (mostly) settled a week before Christmas.

She was amazing with her knowledge of the units and neighborhoods. She was nice and very easy to work with. I appreciate her dedication to finding me a place to stay in a short time frame.

Crissi did a wonderful job of helping me sort through my options. I was hesitant to consider building a home. I did not think that this was an an option for my family at this stage.
