After having our first conversation with her where we explained our situation about wanting to buy a house we decided to ask her to be our Realtor. Three months went by before we started to make a move and not once did she try and pull us in before we were ready. During the entire process, she was very patient with us as first-time homebuyers and was available at any time to answer ANY questions that she was capable of answering. She has a treasure trove of valuable information. Her Facebook group has an entire homebuyers guide of power points and links with useful information that we could access at any time for free that made the process so much smoother for us! And during the process, she was never pushy, always patient. Our search didnt end during that trip and we soon found out that the marketplace in Whidbey Island was very competitive. Cristie always maintained a positive and reassuring attitude that went miles for our nerves. We trusted her to do video tours of homes that we never stepped foot in and we are glad we did. First and foremost, as a first time home buyers, My wife and I had no clue what we were doing, so Cristie became our knowledge point, We first meet Cristie, at one of her open houses that she was representing. Unfortunately, we were not quite ready to buy, when the time came to purchase a house, I knew who I was calling first, of all the homes we toured while looking at open houses she seemed to have our best interests in mind and wasn't just looking for her next sale.
