Cristine Key

"So, I asked for a little advice on selling a condo in Florida and Cristine reached out to me just to help me better understand the process and walk me through what I was hearing from my other realtors. Low and behold, my gut was right and I just had a not so great team working with me.This property has been on the market on and off for YEARS! I just didnt get it, the location was amazing and while yes it could use some updating, it was priced right. To say I was beyond frustrated is an understatement.I asked her if they had an office in that area of Florida and they do! She went out of her way to call and basically interview a couple of their realtors for me. She sent me 3 realtors info and ended up signing with them. Not only was the teamwork between Cristine and McKinley amazing, McKinley was able to find a buyer within a week or so of it being in the market and it just closed.I cannot thank these ladies enough for their advice, direction and just utter kindness throughout this process.I firmly believe that teamwork makes the dream work and they definitely are my dream team.Thank you Cristine for just being a great friend and trying to help me out and then taking the reigns and getting me the right person to sell my fathers condo. Not only did it sell, but the buyer from what I hear loves it and is super excited to be living there - which makes my heart so happy.Thank yall so much! I will totally reach out to you if I buy/sell in Katy or if I ever buy in Florida"
