I owned a home in Avalon Park for a little more than ten years and when the tenant decided to move out, my wife and I decided to sell. We selected Crystal from the realtors we interviewed and proceeded to update/renovate our house over the next few months in preparation of an end of year listing. Crystal's numerous contacts in the area helped when it came to contractor selection. My wife and I live out of state and we came back to Orlando once a month to check on the progress or complete some of the smaller tasks. Crystal helped us with so much more than the actual sale of our home, she was also our project manager and decorating consultant as we made our interior and exterior improvements. Crystal generated interest in our house in advance of listing it, which resulted in our receiving an offer that we negotiated in a weekend and then closed a month later. We were extremely pleased with the price at which we sold our house and Crystal gave us excellent advice throughout the entire process. Renovating & selling a home from another state is a daunting task and Crystal's experience, knowledge, connections, motivation and persistence made our experience a successful one.
