Crystal is a awesome realtor. We live in Georgia but finding a home in Virginia, negotiating the price, and going through the buying process was easy. She was always available to answer questions and she got things done for us. I had two previous experiences with realtors that were awful and I was anxious but Crystal was fantastic. Crystal is the consummate professional you can trust and I highly recommend her to anybody for their real estate needs

Our experience with Crystal Carter and The Carter Team was nothing short of amazing and God sent! I do not believe in chance or luck and so when I completed the form on Zillow to have a realtor call me about a few homes, I knew the right realtor would become ours. Little did I know how fantastic Crystal and Anthony Carter would be! They were so accommodating in showing us 5 houses on a Friday morning/afternoon. They then drove us all around the Lake Anna area to show us the different parts of the lake and types of homes so that we could be fully informed and make wise choices. We pretty much settled on a home that very day. We came down again one week later to make sure...again they were extremely accommodating to us! Then once more when we came for the home inspection. In between, they took our phone calls, texts and emails at all times (sometimes after 9 pm) and did so professionally, graciously and pleasantly! We settled on our dream lake home on April 26 with Crystal by our side! Crystal and Anthony actually became very sweet friends to us during the 30 day process! We look forward to spending time with them around our outdoor fireplace! I would recommend Crystal Carter without any hesitation at all! Thank you Crystal and Anthony!!
