Crystal Doxtator

I knew Crystal before she was a real estate professional, and that is exactly why I hired her. We saw many houses together and she was always available to meet, she got us in to see homes the same day and she was always available to discuss my plans. I bought the exact town home I wanted with her expert help. She knows Jacksonville, the prices, and is great with technology. She set me up with access to receive emails and utilize tools to search for homes. During the search and buying process she was on top of all the details, and made the process easy. She was honest with all information, was hardworking, and what else can I say, when my mother moves to Jacksonville, I'm having Crystal help her.

Crystal just sold us our DREAM home at a bargain price! She was a shark for us on getting the price we needed. We were able to get a whopping $44k off the original asking price! We absolutely loved her attention to detail, her calm composure when the stakes were high, and her timely responsiveness. We will definitely use her again in the future. Thank you so much!

Just bought a house site unseen! I have great trust in Crystal and my son. Crystal negotiated a great deal, and the house is better than I expected.Crystal has excellent communication and knowledge I highly recommend her.
