Crystal stuck with me through the whole Covid-19 Madness, and 2 different Mortgage company's as we found later the house was in probate! Her sense of humor and easy going attitude was a refreshing change from what I am used to! She had to set me straight a few times as 4 months of waiting went by, and was always gracious and professional. If I am ever in the housing market again in her area, or when I decide to sell, she is my go-to person. Love you bunches for hanging in there with me :)

She is a great hand holder and will get you thru the worst situation such as Covid-19, difficult buyers and the dozens of things that went wrong thru the process.
