Crystal pays attention to details, we are very picky about our next home and she is doing a great job at showing us the right homes. Our first outing we found the home we want; unfortunately we are in a backup position with fingers crossed we are holding on to that offer. Crystal has shown us a few more that meet our needs, but at this point we still want the one we are waiting on. She doesn't waste our time which is more than we can say about other agents in the past; and she doesn't push us; she is very respectful. -

I met Crystal at an Open House she was hosting in North Upland. Unlike many agents, she was extremely informative and knowledgeable about the home. She wasn't too pushy yet didn't ignore us either, just right in regards to attentiveness. The home ended up not being a good fit for my family and I but seeing what a good agent Crystal was, we kept in touch. A couple of days later Crystal called me and said she wanted to help my wife and I and the perfect home in the Upland area. She was very parent as I talked about our needs and what we were looking for. She is the type of agent who seems to be genuinely concerned about her client's needs and listens very well before giving us her input. Within two days she had a handful of properties for us to look at. My wife and I were very pleased with the level of professionalism Crystal showed. She is not your typical sales person, pushy and aggressive. Crystal makes the business relationship seem more like we've been friends for years. Mind you, we are still working on looking for a home in Upland. Crystal periodically sends us new home listings for sale as they come in. As we get closer in finding our home, Crystal will be the one we will contact for advice. -
