Curt Hess

Curt Hess is the CEO and Team Leader for Our Maryland Home Team, and he has lived with his family in Annapolis for over 10 years. His children attended public schools, and have loved working, playing, and living in the place anointed “One of the Prettiest Cities in America.” Curt served in the US Navy, enlisted & officer, active and reserve, for more than 36 years. Curt began his real estate career in 1992, earning his GRI and CRS in 1994, and was a Broker in NC in 1996. He brings superior negotiation skills to every transaction. He is a leader in state of the art tools in helping his clients get the maximum financial benefits in their real estate investments. Although Curt has won many personal and community awards over the years, he points to his achievement of Certified Residential Specialist, the most exclusive REALTOR designation, where less than 0.3% of all REALTORs qualify.
