Cynthia was incredible to work with. Whereas we were coming from away, all contact until we arrived in Florida was by phone and email. We were comfortable and extremely pleased with the effort and time Cynthia was providing us with remotely. Once we arrived in Florida, we met her face to face for the first time and outlined our needs and wants and we both knew we had surely found the right realtor for our search. Cynthia was able to truly discern the right properties for us to look at and never made us feel pressured regarding any property, it was truly our decision to make. She repeatedly said, we will take however long and look at however many homes we need to, to insure that the property we buy is truly the forever home we were looking for. If there were pros and cons we struggled with, Cynthia would simply walk us through them one by one helping us with our thoughts, insuring we were looking at everything the way we should be and more so, in our best interest. In between showings and on our way to the next, she was always inquisitive about the property we just visited, solely to understand what we were thinking. This allowed her to dial into our thoughts, in order to find us the right house. We are now in our new home and it is all and more than we had hoped for. The decision was never easy, for we looked at many incredible properties, but deep down, we knew this was it and frankly, we believe Cynthia knew this was the one also. She guided us through the price negotiation process and when all was complete, we could not be happier. Cynthia is a pro and not only understands property, she also understands people and how to bring them together, always in the best interest of us, her clients. We will always be grateful.
