Cynthia DeLuca

Cynthia is a native of Central Florida and the Deland area. Knowing the area like no other gives her an advantage to helping you in your real estate transaction. Growing up in DeLand, Cynthia attended George Marks Elementary, Southwestern 7th Grade Center, DeLand Middle and DeLand High School. She was very active in school projects and clubs, and graduated in the top 10 percent of her class. She graduated college with a degree in Graphic Design, and worked in the Advertising Field until she chose her career in Real Estate. Cynthia concentrates mainly on residential sales, investment properties and property management. In January of 2002, Cynthia became an Instructor for the Florida Association of Realtors®. She travels the state of Florida and shares her knowledge of real estate with other Realtors® during her courses. She has written five continuing education courses and teaches multiple different topics.
