I wanted to express my thanks to you Cynthia for helping us find our dream home and for helping to sell ours so that dream could come true! The search for my dream home started 2 years prior to my actually finding one. Cynthia worked with me the whole time. Her perseverance through it all and accompanying me to many of the open houses seemed tireless. She never made me feel rushed or that I was wasting her time. I truly can't express the amount of dedication she had for the process with me and my husband and the amount of appreciation that I feel for her for that. Cynthia was also a very keen negotiator of our final offer, and was very savvy when it came to documenting our offer. Cynthia was also very adept at speaking to our attorney and keeping the process moving forward from that standpoint. She stayed involved and focused throughout the whole process. Cynthia was helpful and honest when it came to what needed to be done to showcase and photograph the best qualities of our previous residence. We sold within 3 days using her keen sense of what might bring out the best price potential for our home. Our buyer ended up being quite difficult to handle, and she rose to meet the difficulty with poise and I appreciated her stepping in on our behalf several times to keep the sale moving forward as well. Cyndi went above and beyond my expectations of selling my home. I was very overwhelmed just thinking about the process, but she made it a piece of cake! She advised me of fix ups to get me more money, and also referred me to contractors to get it done, listed, and sold in one day for more money than I expected. She brought me the offer to sign while I was in the hospital and also went back and forth to my attorney when I was unable to. Cyndi is very knowledgeable, honest, and a great negotiator. I refer her to everyone I know!

I contacted several agents when it came time to sell my parents home. Cyndi was the first agent that came totally prepared. She was very informative and helpful. This was a difficult time in my life, but Cyndi made the process so easy. There were some problems with family members, but she was patient and answered all their questions quickly. I had to go out of town a week before the closing. Cyndi told me to relax and have a good time. She said she would take care of things while I was gone and she did. I would recommend her to anyone.
