Cindy deserves 10/5 stars! She is detail orientated and explained everything to us which was an immense help as we purchased our first home. She helped us to get the best possible price on our home and negotiated other additional costs to be paid by the seller. She went line by line through our contracts to ensure we understood everything we had to sign. Cindy immediately responds to emails and is available by phone whenever you need her. We had an issue with getting the seller to provide the certificate of housing which was going to delay our closing date. Cindy worked diligently with the seller’s realtor, the city inspectors, and maintenance worker to ensure our closing date remained on schedule. We are eternally grateful to have found Cindy! There is nothing she would not do for us! Cindy is always giving 110% and ensured we were always her top priority. There is no better realtor to work with than Cindy!

Cindy is the best. We ran into her when she was showing a home and immediately felt like this was a kind and honest person who we would love to work with in finding a home. We laid off buying a home once COVID hit, but Cindy was sure to keep in touch for nearly a year and kept us in the loop with how everything was going. Earlier this year, we decided to actively start looking for a home. Within a week, we had found a home we loved and Cindy began really going all out on her work. She kept in touch with everyone and made the process so easy. I thought it would be difficult but it wasn't at all. Cindy made sure to walk us through step-by-step on what needed to be done and she took care of all of the heavy lifting. It could not have been easier! Above all, Cindy is a warm and kind-hearted person. She was nothing but completely pleasant the entire process and we were completely unburdened from start to finish. I honestly can't imagine the entire home-buying process without her, and if we sell in the future, I know exactly who I'm going to!

Cindy was an awesome realtor! She made our first time home buying experience so easy and stress free. She was always willing to answer any questions we had and made sure we understood the whole process. She worked with us to find our dream home and went above and beyond in helping us with the process. In a market that was fast changing she always responded quickly and worked hard to help us with whatever we needed. I would recommend Cindy to any family and friends who are trying to buy or sell a house. She truly made home buying a wonderful experience!

Cindy is hands down the best in the business! From the time she walks into the door of that property she starts her assessment in the client's best interest. Cindy is very flexible and responsive . We could not have selected a better realtor during a pandemic, she made everything clear and answered all of our questions even if they were repeated. Our home search started in the pandemic and our preference was very selective. We were worried that we couldn't possibly get a house within our desired time. I remembered expressing this to her and her response was like a champ "I will make sure you guys get a house in this market and we will lose some but that won't stop us." I would recommend Cindy to anyone and everyone, simply the best!!

We had such an amazing experience working with Cindy. We had the pleasure of Cindy working with us to sell our home and represent us during the build of our new construction. During the build, Cindy was present for every single meeting we had with the builder, which we loved since it was our first time building. She stepped in when necessary. She was never pushy and empowered us to make the best decisions for our family but was always there when we had questions on the process or even if we needed another perspective for interior design selections! Cindy is extremely organized and helped us keep all of the selections and documents in order throughout the whole process. When working with Cindy on the sale of our house, she exceeded all of our expectations. From the professional photos and virtual tour, to the knowledge of our area, and catering the staging for the potential buyers, the whole process selling our house with Cindy was great. She responded to our calls and emails almost right away and kept the communication open with us during the multiple offers. Overall, we had an amazing experience working with Cindy and would highly recommend her to anybody we know that are buying or selling.

From the start of our house hunt, throughout, and at the end, Cindy has been so amazing! We had a lot of hiccups with the loan company which made my first home buying experience a nightmare, so having Cindy be so great really saved my sanity during this process. She was very responsive, never left us in the dark on things. She was honest about her opinions of each house and pointed out things that we would have missed but could have resulted a terrible outcome. She was more than willing to travel (we definitely made her travel 😩🫶🏻). Most importantly she made sure she was with us every step of the way, from every showing up to the very last swipe of our pen at signing. 1000/10 I’d recommend to anyone I know. Thank you, Cindy!
