Simply the BEST! Cynthia represented the seller when I bought my first place, and I noticed how personable, proactive and attentive she was to her client and the transaction. I also noticed, whenever I was there for the inspection or the final walk through, that she was still selling the place to me even though I already bought it. I decided to go with Cynthia when I sold the same place 11 years later, and I do not regret that decision one bit. It's apparent that she loves what she does and that she really cares for and understands the needs of her clients. She was with me every step of the way (and several steps in between those steps) and took many hours helping me to optimize the space and get it ready for the market. I signed with her about three months before we listed, and Cynthia would touch base at least once a week – if not more – with ideas, market research, input, etc. Due to Cynthia's acumen and expertise, the place was only on the market for a week, we received 24 offers (technically 26 if you count the two that rolled in past the deadline), and we sold the place well above asking.
