Cynthia was very helpful in showing us houses in and around the Lake Mary area. She helped coordinate the inspection that resulted in the Buyer lowering the price to replacethe pvc plumbing after closing. She also recommended a drywall person to remove the popcorn ceiling and another painting crew to repaint the entire house while the plumbing company was finishing up. Great experience.

She was very good in learning what we wanted and spending time showing us around Lake Mary and the surrounding area. Once we found the hose we wanted, she arranged the inspection which resulted in having the PVC pipes replaced. She also recommended a painter, who had another person replace the popcorn ceiling, before the house interior was painted. We had a tight timeline before the movers arrived and everything was finished just in time. We will use Cynthia to sell our house when the time comes,
