Very helpful in my home buying experience, it was not a normal one either! You can ask Dakota. Me and him both had to talk with the VA about my home purchase, all the requirements for the house that needed to be done and instead of getting tires of it all and quitting, he work with me and stayed patient so I could purchase my home! Its absolutely beautiful and I absolutely recommend Dakota to anyone who is purchasing a home! He always made sure I was taken care of and didnt get tired or annoyed at me for all the questions I asked him about what was going on. The day I was asking to move in I must of texted him every 30 mins to see if he heard from the sellers because I was so excited! I even apologized to him, not only did he understand but he was also excited for me! Talk about an amazing agent! If I buy another home and hes still on the business, I will be giving him a call for my next purchase for sure!
