We couldn't have asked for a better team. They gave us the "lay of the land" so to speak and guided us perfectly through the process. We spent enough money (house prep) to sell our house at the highest price but didn't spend so much that it didn't pay off. Dale and Tracey exceeded our expectations at every step. We had an unusual/ rare requirement when trying to close and they worked tirelessly to get things done when the sellers agent had dropped the ball das before our closing. We wouldn't be in our new home without them!
