DaMara helped my sister find a home a few months before I started looking. My sister only had great things to say about DaMara, so I decided to work with her, too, and I am glad I did! DaMara was very responsive, even during the evening and on weekends. She worked late (multiple times!) to write offers for me. I felt a little down after multiple offers got rejected, but DaMara stayed positive the whole time and helped me find a perfect home. DaMara is very friendly, patient, and knowledgeable; she made the home buying process very easy! Overall, DaMara is awesome, and I highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

I started looking for my first home with one realtor and that did not go well. Then I went with the second one, that did not go well, ether. What I saw in them was just buy it , did not care much to know me better. It is my first ever house. I was lost, I did not know what I wanted and what I needed. I had some ideas but did not realize how much more I need to look into, while in the house, what to look for, what to ask for, etc. I met with DaMara. She was very patient, listened carefully what I wanted. We went to many, many houses before I had better idea what I wanted; and she was learning my needs, too. She is the one who cares about you, whether you are a buyer or a seller. She made it a breath afterwords. I was stressing myself out for nothing, she would always be there for me and explains everything in details. Truly gifted person, with a big heart and open mind. Demara was my real estate agent helping me buy a condo and sold my house .I like the fact that she is highly intelligent and also strong-willed young woman .When it seemed that I had slim chance to pull the deal on condo due to I was dealing with divorce matter at the same time ,she stepped up and helped me find all the right resources and supported me all the way while my loan was being processed .I am greatly thankful having her as my agent because not only did she helped me professionally ,she was a true friend through entire process and when I needed positivity and encouragement ,she was there for me to enlighten .Its important to put business first but many times we forget that we are humans and we feel things so having someone supportive and understanding as Demara is takes buying /selling experience to another level and I am sure I will never forget what she has done for me .Thanks Demara from bottom of my heart and may God bless you and your family :-)

The home selling/buying process is something my husband and I have wanted to do for the last year but I was so intimidated by it, I kept finding excuses to put it off, a little longer . However, in April of this year, a very good friend of ours recommended DaMara to us. We set up a virtual introduction and from that first meeting, we felt confident that DaMara would be a great fit for us. Within a day or two, she had already sent us the home pricing details, comps in our area, recommendations for lenders, etc - it was obvious she was passionate and knowledgable in her career. The entire process went SO much better and smoother than I had ever thought it would - DaMara was there to talk us through every step, answer our calls/texts (that sometimes went well into the middle of the night!) and reassure us everything was on track. She made helpful suggestions and gave her honest input which we appreciated. We have officially moved into our dream, forever home and it would not have been possible without her. Our experience working with DaMara could not have been better. We had already had 4 different agents come through the house when a close friend recommended DaMara. When she first called I explained this to her but said she was welcome to come and see the house and tell us what she felt we could reasonably expect to sell it for. The methods for her pricing and detailed explanation convinced us to go with her over the other agents. She was in regular contact with us as we got the house ready to be listed and answered all our questions about what was necessary to change and what wasn't. After listing, scheduling showings, going over multiple offers, inspection, appraisal, and closing, she kept us updated through the entire process. We are now in the process of deciding when to sell our condo and purchase our last home and have been and will continue to enjoy having DaMara as our real estate advisor

Working with DaMara was nothing short of amazing. She is a kind hearted, dedicated, and understanding individual. During the process of purchasing my dream home, I lost my job. She worked with me to ensure we could continue to process in a way that was in my best interest. She was an advocate, a supporter, and at times an educator. At the age of 22 I am no where near being an expert at anything, let alone what it takes to be a homeowner. DaMara took the time to explain the process and provide me with all of my options. Damara was the best realtor we could have ever asked for. She was extremely patient with us and was always available to answer all our questions even in the middle of the night.
