Damian came highly recommended and with good reason. He was friendly and knowledgeable. He was willing to go the extra mile for us. He retook some of the photos of our home, or had them retaken. He sent documents to us we had left in our home, as we had moved out-of-state. Damian was very prompt in contacting us about any potential issues and would let us now if there was a form to sign that we hadn't noticed in our e-mail. He was laid back and never pushy, our kind of realtor. He did what it took to work with our schedule and ran several open houses.
