Coming from Los Angeles, I had no idea whom to call for a buyers agent in Sedona. But I really lucked out when I happened to call on a listing Danielle & Damian Giann represented in downtown Sedona. That property wasn't right for us. But after speaking to Danielle Giann for a few short minutes about looking for a buyers agent in town, immediately I liked her demeanor. She has an ease and a calmness about her that relaxed my biggest fear. And that was of home buying in a new town. She told me she had several nice properties to show me not yet on the market. She knew her stuff alright. She was so knowledgable on the current market that I couldn't say No to her.....So, we flew in to Phoenix, then drove to Sedona to go see several homes the first week. We always met her at her office where she had numerous listings to show us on a big, large screen. She guided us through various properties in West Sedona(too much traffic & noise) & the Village of Oak Creek(much nicer, more quiet, prettier views) over the course of a month. She was always ready to go, on time with a very pleasant & professional attitude. Finally after several attempts to put in an offer on 2 other properties, we found our perfect house. Throughout the whole transaction, Danielle was more than great. She was always there when I called or texted her for any little thing. Trust me, this is the MOST important thing for a buyer. I hate it when no one picks up the phone or it goes to voicemail. She was an enormous pleasure to work with. She had numerous references for during our inspections. Our buying process was made much easier than I expected even though I've bought and sold several other homes in the Los Angeles area. Do yourself a favor. Give her a call and you'll see what I have been talking about. She is simply the best! You won't go wrong.
