My experience with Damon is unusual. Through the process i'll admit he worked hard to get me the house I wanted. The problem I had was that Damon and the seller's agent both were agents with Coldwell. They felt it was okay to scam me during the sale of this property. False promises were made and I believe I did not get the best deal I could have. I reached out to Damon's Boss/Broker and he had Damon and the seller's agent pay out of pocket for promised repairs that weren't completed. Damon really hurt me in the end because I thought we built a good client relationship but he was just a con artist on the end. Hope this feedback helps.
