Dan Bowden

Dan is a licensed real estate agent and is currently with HomeSmart Realty Group. Dan focuses on properties located in Darien, Lisle, Downers Grove, Naperville, Bolingbrook, Lockport. A Real Estate Veteran with 16 years of servicing clients and helping them turn a house into a home! I have a vast knowledge of the industry and the industry competition. I have worked for many of the major franchisees in the past including Coldwell Banker, Century 21, Re/max, Help-U-Sell, Nextage, Keller Williams and the luxury market Sotheby's in Scottsdale, AZ. I also adapt to change and found the industry is embracing HomeSmart as one of the fastest growing franchises because of it's 100% commission model, brokerage services, backend systems and technologies and overall profiencies. We are a true 100% without all the hidden fee's or annual fee's. I look forward to servicing my clients and the Realtors who join this organization and help grow the Chicago market!
