Dan and I connected, but did no business
I really enjoy working with Dan, he really takes the time to get to know people, their interests and life. He is a great communicator and that is a valuable asset in working together. I'm extremely impressed with his knowledge of the market and willingness to whatever it takes to make his customers happy. I would highly encourage anyone to get to know Dan! We are not currently looking to buy or sell but I know Dan is someone that will be amazing when we are in the market.

Dan did a great job helping me find my home, he was patient and explained the process to me well. He was quick, efficient and knowledgeable in putting forth strong offers. He knows good lenders/inspectors as well. He was available to answer questions at any time, and we saw it through with the covid impacts to viewing houses etc until we found the perfect one for me. I’m glad I had Dan by my side through the entire process!

We recently moved to the Pacific Northwest from the desert Southwest and, needless to say, the real estate market was quite different than we were used to. We really didn't even know where to start to find a realtor. Through a twist of fate, we found one of Kerri Jambor's web listings in an area we were interested in. I found The Eastside Real Estate Team through Kerri Jambor. She joined Dan's team not to long ago and I am sure glad I went with them to assist in the purchase of my townhouse in West Seattle. Kerri was able to find the perfect fit for me in the exact area that I wanted. She met with me as soon as we saw it go up on the market and we toured the house. A few days later Kerri and Dan met me at the house for a second viewing and sat down with me right there and wrote the offer in less than an hour. 24 hours later I was in escrow. Yep, first home in Seattle that I placed an offer on, I got!!!! A miracle in this market, but that goes to show how hard Kerri, Dan, and their entire team worked to find me a home, get a sensible offer made and walked me through the entire home buying process; which is foreign to me up here in WA.
