Dan was a complete pleasure to deal with. His knowledge and professionalism is exceptional and I felt he was always working in my best interests. Being a foreign purchaser, I relied on his expertise to guide me through the purchasing process and he did that masterfully, right through to closing and beyond. I not only consider him a great agent, but now consider him a friend and I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone considering buying or selling real estate in the desert

As "out of town buyers" we relied heavily on Dan's expertise in all areas.Dan instantly understood our priorities in a property and almost instinctively understood our taste so that or property searches were exceptionally productive. We would arrive in town and Dan would have a meticulously prepared schedule for us including a package of printed informational material on the properties, locations pre-mapped into his vehicles Nav system, and appointments planned down to the minute--how he knew how long we'd spend at each property I have no idea. And amazingly, he never once showed us a property that did not meet our criteria and on each visit we usually saw 3 or 4 properties we could easily have made an offer.The actual purchase was the easiest part as Dan was the consummate professional, great negotiator with a total understanding of the areas trends and practices. Even with a reluctant seller we ultimately landed our dream house.Believe it or not, AFTER the sale is when Dan really impressed us. Again, as out of town buyers, Dan helped us with all of the inspections, arranging for all of the "trades" to get estimates on repairs, handling all the arrangements personally--researching (or using providers from his network of contacts), arranging the estimates, actually going to the property and getting the estimates, and then negotiating it all with the seller.Even after Escrow closed, Dan continues to work with us as we weren't able to move immediately. Dan got the keys to the house and oversaw repairs, painting, and met with other tradesmen to continue to make ready the house for our arrival. He also helped us get settled with the HOA and get set-up on the various utilities. I mean, Escrow is closed, he's off the clock, but he just keeps saying, "I'm here to make is easy for you--I'll take care of it so you don't have to worry", and that's exactly what he's done.Dan was instrumental in us finding and purchasing our dream home. His meticulous organization and knowledge of the area made it an easy and enjoyable process--we looked forward to our trips to the dessert to spend time with Dan. And simply put, I don't know how we could have gotten through any of the rest--Escrow, inspection, repairs, getting the house ready, and moving in--without Dan. I am not an easy person to please, and Dan gets my highest recommendation

He is the epitome of what an agent should be. At our first meeting, he was meticulous in eliciting information from us, the sellers, all improvements and upgrades we had done to the house. He spent several hours walking throughout the house making notes and focusing in on the areas/rooms that were focal points to showcase the house to potential buyers. His photographer took amazing pictures of the house, accenting areas that our previous agent's photographer failed to pick up and the quality of the pictures were nothing short of professional. Our house was not shown without him being present because, as he says, no one knows that house better than him. When we received the offer, his follow through was impeccable. I really could go on and on describing his attributes, but there's not enough room. Dan is simply the best.

From our first meeting to completion of our purchase, we worked with Dan Hamilton (Dan) over a period of seven and a half months. The Search ... We met Dan in November 2015. He kept in touch with us until we were ready to start our search in March 2016. Working with us long distance, Dan set us up on his company's web site portal so we could view properties on line that met our criteria in Palm Springs proper, as well as in Rancho Mirage and Palm Desert; thereby, making our visits more productive when we traveled to Palm Springs several times to view properties. During the search, Dan was knowledgeable about the neighborhoods, the HOA's, and the construction of the homes. When viewing, we were never hurried through a property. When we had questions that required follow-up, Dan came back quickly with the answers. The Negotiation ... When we identified our property, Dan was easy to work with. He helped us understand our options. We felt confident that we were being well represented. The Purchase ... This was a long distance transaction and the ability to reach Dan whenever we needed to and quickly was important to us. Since we were in Seattle, Dan worked with the contractors we selected to do the inspection, etc. This was also a 1031 Exchange transaction, which meant additional coordination with our 1031 facilitator in Arizona. Dan stayed on top of the many moving parts and we closed on time. Post Purchase ... As soon as the home was ours, Dan made sure the condition of the home was still as agreed. He even made sure the thermostat was set. Now there are some minor repairs we identified earlier in the process, and Dan is coordinating the repairs since we his clients are 1,000 miles away in Seattle. In summary ... We found Dan easy to communicate and work with, competent and thorough, professional, and having high integrity. We will recommend him to others and we would certainly use him again ourselves.
