Dan's knowledge and responsiveness anytime of the day made the whole process as stress free as It could be. He was able to get our an offer on our townhouse within a week. And then at closing, he caught the buyer's title company trying to slip in an extra "fee" that wasn't supposed to be included. Just from being thorough and knowing the state real estate laws he saved us $800 at closing that we would have had no clue about. I will ONLY be working with Dan in the future.
