- Dan helped me buy a home
Not good. We paid way too much and then he said just give them $5,000.00 more. “What’s 5,000:00?” The inspection he got for us was very bad. They found almost nothing to fix. Besides paying way too much we have now put in a LOT of money just making it usable, way over $50;000.00. We sure would not recommend him to anyone and I wish we had not used him.
