Dan was great help for the purchase of my home every step of the way and was always their for me when I called to see houses or for information regarding the houses. He went above and beyond. I work out of the country. When I returned home for a visit I was looking for an investment property. I had very little time to tour and select a property before leaving again. After contacting Dan Russoli and pointing out the properties I wanted to see, Dan was quick to set up an appointment and meet with me. Dan's arrival was timely and he was prepared with all the necessary documents on the properties and was very knowledgeable about the process and answers to any questions. After touring and selecting a property Dan submitted a bid and got a contract the same day. While setting things up and throughout the entire process, even after I left the country, Dan was timely in his return emails and phone calls to me. Subsequently, the closing went smoothly and professionally. I was very pleased with how Dan handled things and represented me throughout the whole process.
