Though it was a struggle to find the right house and get a successful bid on it before another party Dan helped tailor my offers to seal the deal. Several times Dan would have information well before it was posted about a property, and even helped me avoid several catastrophic situations with a homes I was interested in. I would highly recommend him to anyone in search of a home
