Dan Starks is an awesome real estate agent to deal with. He is very prompt with return phone calls. He has several people to show property too. He not only sold our house once. But buyers financing fell thru. Dan sold it a second time. I would highly recommend Dan to anyone looking to buy their Dream Home.

I didnt think Id need a realtor for an apartment but I felt so discouraged trying to contact landlords and finding out the listing was not longer available days after expressing interest. I was super picky about what I wanted (washer/dryer, off street parking, location, not to mention budget! ). Dan was able to find places I couldnt find on any app!
