I sold my home with Dana, and she made the whole experience a breeze. I hadn't used a realtor with my purchase, so I was new to the process. He called her and asked if she would help us find a home in Long Island. She was always available when we asked to see homes. She didnt waste our time by showing us homes we were not interested in. When we were looking, we had specific areas on mind, but with what the market is, it was very difficult. We found a house in the area we wanted and they accepted our offer, we did the inspection but the seller decided to take a cash offer. Dana was upset as we were. We found another house they accepted the offer and we did the inspection. The seller decided to take the house off the market. We felt defeated as our house was in contract and we needed to find something., but didnt or wouldnt settle. Well it happened. My family caught Covid and. Outdoor not see anything. We looked online at many houses, throughout the days and nights and forwarded them to Dana, where she took ut upon herself to stand in line on rainy snowy cold days and faced time us to each house we liked. We saw a house made an offer and Dana even paid for the inspection because of previous mishaps. Well we got the house and couldnt be happier. Dana was there for my daughter who was very anxious about the move and assured her that everything will be ok. Dana is now considered a friend. I would happily use her again.
