My husband and I were ready to buy a house!! We called a few Realtors to look at some property here in Brazoria County, most of them would state that I had to "sign papers" when they would arrive at the property we wanted to view. I am the kind of person I like to "get to know" my Realtor and make sure they fit the needs I need. Quickly finding out that MOST of them would turn me away because I didn't want to sign right away I finally met an Angel!! Dana truly went out of her way to please my husband and I, not to mention she didn't force us to sign anything. She was very open and knowledgeable about the properties we wanted to see and we absolutely felt like she cared about our preferences and wants to make sure that we would not like but LOVE our new home! This is our first time purchasing a home and there's not a thing I would change. Thank you Dana!!!!

I found Dana online randomly when I first started house "browsing" in August. I was unfamiliar with the area and the market. She WAS NOT. I had emailed the listing agent on a house because no phone number was listed. I never heard back.I emailed Dana. All I typed in the email was "Can a real estate agent show a different agent's house?" I had to fill out the form with my name and information, but I think that is all my email said. I instantly got a reply asking if she could call me later because she was about to meet with a client. She showed me very nice houses in my price range. I was not in love with any of them. She didn't give up. She never got upset with me not liking the houses and really got a feel for more of what I was wanting. When the house I finally decided to buy was listed, she immediately told me about it and we went to see it. I honestly didn't want to see it because the square footage was smaller than what I had been looking at. She knew that I would like the house, but politely told me, "well just see it and see what else you do not want in your home." I don't think I looked at the rest of the house beside the front and the kitchen and living area when I turned to her and said, "what do I have to do to make this house mine?"Well, it is mine. Thanks Dana! You are the best. My friend who recently bought a house is very envious. She did not like her agent. I have already given your name to 3 people who will be looking this quarter.

I have known Dana for over 15 years, so when we decided to buy a house it was an obvious decision to ask for her help. She always had our best interest in heart during every showing and through the entire process. In less than 30 days we viewed many many homes and were closed once we found the right home for our family. I cannot believe my luck, and I'm not sure another agent would have done as much as Dana did to help me. I'm incredibly grateful.
