Dana appears to know every single house in the area, and suggested many properties that we wouldnt have considered on our own. Some of her suggestions were in advance of listing, which in a tight market is a great advantage. She was extremely patient and willing to show us houses over a broad range of prices and neighborhoods, since we were relocating and unfamiliar with the area. Dana is not only a great realtor but she is also a nice person. She is a fount of useful knowledge about the area and can recommend a good supplier of anything.
