Dan Alden

We first met Dan when we were buying a home in 2010 and he was the seller's agent. We were immediately impressed with his honesty, his expertise, his local knowledge and his sense of humor. So when it came time for us to consider selling or renting our property we knew immediately who we would call. We met with Dan and discussed the pros and cons of selling or renting in the current market. About ten days later, Dan called and said if we were interested in renting he knew someone who would make an excellent tenant. Needless to say, we did and he was right! We then turned to Dan to work with us to find a home in Columbia County, NY. We closed on our new home two weeks ago. Needless to say, there is no other realtor we would trust or enjoy working with more than Dan Alden.

I sold my weekend home with Dan. I cannot say enough about how great my experience with him was. He is professional, responsive, thoughtful, helpful, knowledgeable...above all, he is human. He understand that selling this property was an emotional experience for me and I appreciated how much care and attention he gave me and the house throughout the process. Furthermore, being far away during the process, I was really appreciative of all the steps Dan handled for me since I was not local. Strongly recommend working with him!
