I was so glad when realtor Dan helped me sell my property! It was a 2/2.5/1 (2 bedrooms/ 2.5 baths/ 1 car garage) 2-story townhouse in a gated neighborhood/community built in 2005 in the Riviera Beach, North Lake, Lake Park, North Palm Beach area. I needed to sell immediately. Although it took some time (I contacted him in either late September or October and the property was sold by the end of December / start of January), I was glad when we closed. It has been a little over 6 months since the sale. I would recommend realtor Dan if you're in need of selling and need to be taken seriously. He was patient and respectful. He will try to establish a clientele relationship with you and try to stay in contact with you throughout the sale and after. He is someone you could make your lifelong realtor (buying and selling) and can refer to friends and family if there's a need to.
