My wife and I wanted to downsize with the kids out of the 5 bedroom house. I found Dan and Lisa, they not only found our next dream home in Minnetonka overlooking a wildlife marsh land but sold our house before it hit the market so we could secure the townhouse that others also wanted to buy.Basically I made an offer on the townhouse which was initially excepted contingent on me selling our house first, well that lasted for about 3 days before Dan was told they would only wait until end of day Monday for the house to be sold just giving us basically the weekend.
