We bought our first home with the help of Dax. We were a bit nervous as we've never gone through this process nor done such a huge purchase. Dax was super patient every step of the way. On our first home tour, he took us to several neighborhoods, starting with the ones we wanted to live in and ending with some at his suggested neighborhoods. To our surprise, we liked the last two homes on the neighborhood he recommended, and made a bid on one of them... and we got it! He also was such a huge help with the inspection process and most importantly, getting all the loan documentation and putting pressure on the bank so we could close on time. He was always available when we needed him and listened ALL of our questions, worries, frustrations, etc that come from buying a home. I would highly recommend him to my family and friends. PS - he took us to eat pies on our home tour :)

Having worked myself in the real estate industry for many years, I know what it takes to be a good/great salesperson/agent and Dax is living proof. Relocating to a new state is both a frightening (and exciting) experience and Dax helped us so much we wouldn't have been able to to find something without him in just two days. I couldn't recommend anyone more professional and friendly to lead you through each and every step while providing all the necessary neighborhood information! We are very grateful for all his valuable help, it was a lifesaver for us coming from the east!

We were working with other realtors who we weren't terribly happy with, and then met Dax at an open house. He offered to help or answer any questions we might have (in a completely non-pushy or aggressive salesman way) and we figured we'd try working with him. It turned out to be a great decision!Dax was excellent throughout the entire process of finding and purchasing our first home. He took great care in walking us through all of the processes and gave us his honest opinions of each property we looked at. We were fairly nervous having never gone through this before, and he put us at ease by making himself available for inspections, repeat viewings and any other time we may have felt overwhelmed. The transaction went very smooth and he negotiated on our behalf to receive some credit back for replacing outdated electrical systems in the house. I would definitely use him again for a future home purchase and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to others. He's great!

He was really patient when looking for properties. And knowledgeable about the locations/area. Really precise as far as pricing, and great negotiation skills. Would recommend him to anyone from family members to close friends. Will defnitely use his services again when looking for a new home.

I think the first thing you notice when you meet Dax is his calm and warm demeanor. He was extremely helpful in making the selling of my condo as painless as possible. I had a lot of anxiety from dealing with the real estate person I used when originally buying my condo and he literally wiped clean that experience in showing me how things should've been done. He always responded back quickly with answers to any anxious questions I had, and made me feel like I was always a priority. When decisions had to be made, he laid out all the options and let me know what may be best for me based on statistics/past situations, but always allowed me the time to mull things over and come back on my own terms. I Couldn't ask for a better guy to handle selling or buying a home. He has this authentic, genuine character that you don't find often in Los Angeles. Loved him!

While the fun part of home buying [the shopping and viewing houses!] is often eclipsed by the negotiation and rounds of paperwork, Dax was highly communicative and great at explaning everything, so we were able to enjoy the whole process.
