Dan was very professional and knowledgeable about the market and the area. That is one of the most important factors when choosing your Realtor. He was very professional and attentive to all of my questions and needs. He always answered my calls or texts promptly. When asked what would be the correct asking price, he gave us a ball park figure but proceeded to perform a complete analysis of the area along with comparable sales to make sure the property was listed at the correct selling price (which it was). He was present throughout all of the showings as well as the inspection and survey which made the process that much smoother. The property sold in no time, a record 3 days after the listing appeared. There is no question as to whether I would refer Dan. 100% YES!

I am going to start by saying that Dan is an excellent Realtor. Once we contracted Dan to be our Agent and sell our home, he explained and walked us through the entire process. When we first met with Dan, you could clearly see that he came prepared and had done his homework on our property by providing us a competitive suggested listing price. Once the house was listed, we immediately got several requests to see the house and within two weeks the house was under contract.I also have to add that In our particular case, we had already moved out of our home and out of town when we listed the house. We totally relied on Dan to schedule the showings and personally show the house to potential buyers. He would always keep us informed on the showings, negotiations, and on the process once the house went under contract for sale. He coordinated the home inspection, house appraisal, etc., and was always present which was very important for us.
