Throughout the entire process of selling our home, Dan was very professional and customer focused. He had great communication skills along with we never doubted his integrity. Dan reviewed all scenarios to get our home sold and went above & beyond to achieve his/our goal. Our only regret is that we should have listed with Dan in the first place. I really don't know where to start with Dan. I have dealt with a lot of realtors over the years and he is by far the best. Hands down, no question. If there is anything I can advise you on, when you go to buy a home, call Dan. We can honestly say that without Dan we would not have purchased the home we are in now. I realize this is saying a lot about a realtor considering we were the ones purchasing with the money, but he rescued us so many times. We ended up having a very complicated and uncommon purchasing situation which made for many headaches for my wife and I, so I can only imagine what it did to Dan. But he always seemed more like a friend willing to do whatever needed to be done to get us in our dream home than a realtor. He conducted himself in a profoundly professional manner. When he needed to be at the top of his game he was. When we walked through a home, he would talk to us like a friend looking for the same positives and negatives each home had to offer. He never pushed us to make an offer, but was able to provide reasonable prices for us to start a negotiation. Not only did Dan help us find what we are calling our forever home, in which we couldn't be happier, but when our idiot banker fell through, he was able to provide us with a couple alternative options, one of which worked perfectly for our unique circumstances. He is very professional, and in a polite manner reminds you if anything needs to be done by a certain deadline. He was able to do so in any form such as phone, email, or text. He always had an open "door" and was very easy to reach. It goes without saying that Dan is very well connected throughout the entire real estate business from financing to closing on the home. Although we may never plan to move now that we're here...if our situation ever changes, he will be the first person we call.

Also, after listing our house the previous 2 years with another agent, Dan was able to within 60 days of listing. we put the house on the internet on a Fri. got a lot of traffic,thru the house. pictures were great of all the rooms. got a full price offer on Monday. that we accepted, and closed about 6 weeks later. Dan was there anytime I needed anything,and kept us up to date on everything.

Dan helped sell my condo as well as purchase my new home. This was my first single family home purchase and I was very particular in what I wanted. We looked at over 30 homes over a month span and Dan arranged his schedule to accommodate mine, rain or shine.
