Dan Faubion - MCNE - CLHMS - GSI

This was our 1st home purchase so as one could imagine we were a little nervous on who to deal with given the current home buying climate. We meet and talked with who soon became our real estate agent Dan Faubion. We were impressed right from the initial conversation with Dan. He first listened to what we were looking for, then got us pre qualified with Nate Robinson. When we knew what we qualified for Dan showed us different homes in our price range. He worked around our schedule. When we found the home we wanted Dan worked his magic and even though the house had multiple offers, Dan was able to get ours accepted. From that point on the house buying experience was painless. We had heard many stories from friends telling us the different nightmares they had while in escrow etc. The people Dan had us work with from the title company were wonderful. Bottom line...If you need a GREAT agent then Dan is the Man! Give him a call, you will be glad you did.

Dan is a very professional and thorough real estate agent. This was the first home sale that my wife and I had done and Dan took the time to walk us through the process and answer all of my many questions. He took care of all of the details and made the process as simple for us as possible. He treats you like a true friend and not just an agent. I highly recommend him!

We looked at over 100 houses in the hunt for our 2nd home. We had specific criteria that we wanted in a house. Dan was always prompt, informed and knowledgeable. We had a situation where after completing the purchase of a house the owner" changed his mind". Dan was extremely helpful dealing with this situation and went above and beyond in helping us navigate through Arizona real estate laws. We eventually purchased a different house with the help of Dan. It must have been Karma because we love the 2nd house much more than the first. Dan is very knowledgeable of the Phoenix area and the real estate market. We bought a short-sale home and it took a year to close the sale, but Dan hung in there with us for the whole time, prodding the bank and the other parties to keep things moving along. He is extremely knowledgeable about all the paperwork, which was a great asset to us as we were from out of state and knew very little about all the in's and out's to AZ real estate.We would definitely have Dan represent us on any real estate that we might buy or sell. We bought a house a couple of years ago with another realtor in AZ and it was not a pleasant experience, even though that one was a traditional sale. This one with Dan was much, much better.
