Daniel helped me buy a home
Dan knows his stuff! He helped me find exactly what i was looking for.
Daniel never responded to my request
I rented from him for 3 years. Never late on rent. Communicated via text throughout leasing term about issues with unit and moving out to purchase home. When I moved out he never scheduled a move out walk through. Later received a certified letter stated he’s take “claim” on my deposit.. THIS MAN AND HIS “UNCLE” are slumlords and true white collar criminals! He never intended on given back my deposit nor giving me refund since my rent was paid in full each month way prior to the 1st. (Direct Deposited into his account) I would definitely not trust him to sell buy and mostly rent from. Lastly I would NOT refer him for anything!! In addition to all the wrong his has done, I had reached out to him on several occasions to get my money and haven’t gotten a response. SHAME ON YOU DANIEL L FOX!!!!
