We had many set backs through out the process and I commend Dan on having such patience with us! When something would come up out of our control that prevented us from purchasing a home at that time Dan would tell us that he was there when we were ready and never got frustrated with our many setbacks. We were always able to get a hold of Dan no matter what time of the day it was and he always responded to our emails in a timely matter. Dan is honest and upfront and that is something very hard to find these days! After our offer was accepted we had an issue with a broken window which happened after they accepted and Dan handled the situation with complete professionalism and made sure we were satisfied with the outcome. He wanted what was in our best interest through out the whole process. He has a lot of knowledge of the real estate market and was always able to answer our questions thoroughly and to our satisfaction. Dan made the home buying process a lot less stressful for us as first time homebuyers. We honestly did not think we would be able to find a house in the time frame we wanted but somehow it all worked out and we couldn't be happier with our new home! We highly recommend Dan!

I went through "hurdles" on my end and every time Dan would always say "I'm here when you're ready" and he was. He always kept up with emails and phone calls. He was honest and extremely helpful. When I finally put an offer in on a home, he was right there every step of way. He pretty much "held my hand" the entire process since this was new to me and steered me along the way. He would provide all options that were out there. He would make sure I was comfortable with the process. Whether it was at the beginning of the house showings or at the end at settlement. I still keep in contact with Dan and I have referred him to many others. From start to finish, Dan was a professional.
