Daniel Kim

Before entering the world of real estate, Daniel enjoyed a very active role in professional combat sports. As a lifelong martial artist, Daniel has won multiple amateur championship titles. Born into an immigrant, working class family — Daniel speaks both conversational Mandarin and Korean — Daniel grew up in very diverse neighborhoods where hard work, hustle, and doing the job right became an ingrained habit for Daniel. After a motorcycle accident ended his pursuits as a competitive professional fighter, he began his career as a realtor. Before coming to Al and joining the University Realty team, Daniel served clients in residential real estate all over the San Francisco Bay Area. He is looking forward to expanding into commercial real estate and business development with University Realty. His diverse background gives him the asset of being able to communicate and empathize with a wide range of personalities. In his free time Daniel enjoys yoga, playing guitar, and is a coach for professional and amateur fighters.
