Daniel Martinez is a Houston real estate agent and founder of HOULIVING. Prior to founding HOULIVING and being a million dollar producing real estate agent, Daniel built two media companies in Houston and has been an active investor in local startups. Starting in 2007, he attended the University of Houston where he discovered his passion for marketing and branding. He believes in helping clients navigate through every aspect of the real estate market, along with using his experience as a tool to effectively maximize a clients' potential earnings.
