Daniel helped us purchase our home in 2014, and then helped us to sell it four years later when we had to move out of state. The most notable aspect of working Dan as our real estate agent has been his excellent communication, keeping us informed of the process every step of the way and helping us stay on task for listing and contract deadlines. He's also proven to be a skilled negotiator with other agents, and knowing how to come to arrangements that benefit both the buyer and the seller. If we ever move back to the Denver area, we will ask Daniel to be our real estate agent again. We won't consider anyone else.
